Organize your sites into logical groups for better overview.

What are groups?

Groups let you organize your sites by any category. Perfect for:

  • Group sites by niche (Health, Tech, Finance)
  • Group sites by client (Company A, Company B)
  • Group sites by project or team
  • See aggregated statistics for the entire group

Create a group

  1. 1. Go to Groups in the menu
  2. 2. Click Create group
  3. 3. Enter a name (e.g., "Health sites")
  4. 4. Optional: Add an emoji for quick identification
  5. 5. Click Create

Tip

Use "Create default groups" to quickly get a set of common categories like Affiliate, E-commerce, Blog, etc.

Add sites to a group

There are several ways to assign a site to a group:

From the site list

  1. 1. Go to Sites
  2. 2. Find the site you want to group
  3. 3. Click on (three dots)
  4. 4. Select Change group
  5. 5. Choose group from the list

From site settings

  1. 1. Go to the site → Settings
  2. 2. Under "Group", select the desired group
  3. 3. The change is saved automatically

Group statistics

Click on a group to see aggregated statistics for all sites in the group:

Total visitors

Sum of unique visitors for all sites in the group

Total pageviews

Sum of pageviews for all sites in the group

Trend

Comparison with previous period for the entire group

Per-site statistics

See which sites in the group are performing best

Group overview on homepage

On the homepage (Overview), your groups are automatically displayed if you have created any. You can switch between showing:

  • Groups - See statistics grouped
  • Sites - See all sites individually
  • Hybrid - Groups + ungrouped sites

Edit or delete group

From the group list you can:

  • Edit - Change name or emoji
  • Delete - The group is deleted, sites become "Ungrouped"

Note

When you delete a group, the sites' data is not deleted - they are just moved to "Ungrouped".

Export group data

Click Export on the group page to download a CSV file with all group statistics. The file contains:

  • Group name and emoji
  • Number of sites in the group
  • Visitors and pageviews
  • Trend in percent
