Create and send professional PDF reports to your clients or team members.

What are reports?

Reports let you generate beautiful PDF summaries of your traffic data. Perfect for:

  • Client reports - Send monthly reports to your clients
  • Tracking - Document traffic trends over time
  • Archiving - Save reports for future reference
  • Team sharing - Keep the team informed about site performance

Create a report

  1. Go to Reports in the menu
  2. Select site (or "All sites" for a summary)
  3. Choose time period
  4. Select which sections to include
  5. Click Download PDF or Send via email

Time Periods

You can generate reports for the following periods:

Last monthComplete month (e.g., December 2025)
Last 30 daysRolling 30-day period
Last 90 daysQuarterly overview

Tip

"Last month" is perfect for monthly client reports as it provides a clear boundary.

Report Sections

Choose which sections to include in the report:

Summary

Default

Key metrics like visitors, pageviews, bounce rate, and trend compared to previous period.

Traffic Graph

Default

Visual graph of visitors and pageviews over the period.

Popular Pages

Default

Top 10 most visited pages with view counts.

Traffic Sources

Default

Where visitors come from (referrers, search results, direct traffic).

Countries

Geographic distribution of visitors.

Devices

Distribution between desktop, mobile, and tablet.

Browsers

Which browsers visitors use.

Channels

Traffic grouped by channel (Organic, Social, Referral, etc.).

Download PDF

Click Download PDF to generate and download the report directly to your computer.

  • Besökskollen logo and branding
  • Professional headers and tables
  • Date when the report was generated
  • Clear marking of which period the report covers

Send via Email

You can also send the report directly to an email address:

  1. Configure the report as usual
  2. Enter recipient's email address
  3. Click Send report

The recipient receives an email with:

  • A brief summary of key metrics
  • PDF report as attachment
  • Sender: Besökskollen

Email Configuration

Email is sent from our verified domain. The recipient does not need an account.

Report for "All Sites"

If you select "All sites" as source, you get a summary report across your entire account:

  • Total visitors and pageviews for all sites
  • Aggregated traffic graph
  • Popular pages from all sites
  • Combined traffic sources

FAQ

Can I schedule automatic reports?

Automatic scheduling is on our roadmap but not available yet. Contact us if this is important to you.

Why does it sometimes take a long time to generate the report?

PDF generation happens on the server and can take 5-15 seconds for reports with lots of data. For "All sites" with many sites, it may take longer.

Can I customize the report appearance?

Currently all reports use Besökskollen's standard design. Custom branding for agencies is coming in a future update.
