Cancel subscription

No commitments, cancel whenever you want without hassle.

No commitments

You can cancel your subscription at any time without notice period or extra fees. Your statistics are saved until the end of your billing period plus 30 days after.

How to cancel your subscription

Step 1: Go to Settings

Step 2: Click "Manage subscription"

In the subscription section, click the "Manage subscription" button to open the Stripe Customer Portal.

Step 3: Select "Cancel subscription"

In the Stripe Portal, you'll find your subscription details. Scroll down and click "Cancel subscription".

Step 4: Confirm cancellation

You'll see a summary of what happens when you cancel. Confirm by clicking "Cancel subscription" again.

What happens after cancellation?

Full access until the end of the period

You keep full access to all features and your statistics until the end of your billing period. If you paid for January-February but cancel on January 15, you have access until February 28.

No automatic renewal

Your subscription won't renew and your card won't be charged again. You won't receive any more invoices after the period ends.

30-day grace period

After your billing period ends, we save your statistics for an additional 30 days. During this time, you can reactivate your subscription and continue where you left off. You have limited access to statistics during the grace period.

Data deleted after 30 days

If you don't reactivate within 30 days, all your statistics are permanently deleted. This includes:

  • All pageviews and visitor data
  • Goals and custom events
  • Google Search Console data
  • Revenue and reports
  • All settings and configurations

Important about data deletion

We cannot restore deleted data. If you're unsure whether to cancel completely, consider downgrading to a cheaper plan instead.

If you want to export your data before cancelling, use the CSV export feature in each site's overview.

Can I reactivate my subscription?

Yes! As long as it hasn't been more than 30 days since your billing period ended, you can reactivate:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to the pricing page
  3. Choose a plan and complete the payment
  4. All your saved statistics become immediately available again

You don't need to reinstall the tracking script - it continues working automatically when the subscription is active.

Refunds

We offer no pro-rata refunds for cancelled subscriptions. This applies whether you cancel on the first or last day of your billing period.

Why no refunds?

You have access to the service until the end of your billing period regardless of when you cancel. This makes it easy to:

  • Export all your data in peace
  • Verify that you no longer need the service
  • Change your mind and reactivate without data loss

If you're experiencing technical problems or are dissatisfied with the service, contact us before cancelling and we'll discuss a solution.

Before cancelling completely, consider these alternatives:

Frequently asked questions

Does the tracking script stop working immediately?

No, the script continues collecting statistics until the end of your billing period. After that, new data stops being collected, but the script doesn't show any errors on your site - it just stops sending data.

What happens to my API keys?

API keys stop working when your billing period ends. If you reactivate within 30 days, they're automatically enabled again.

Can I delete my account completely?

Yes, contact us at hej@besokskollen.se and we'll delete your account and all associated data immediately per GDPR.

What happens if I have yearly billing?

The same rules apply. You have access to the service until the end of your yearly period, but no refund is given for unused time.

Do I get a confirmation when the subscription is cancelled?

Yes, you'll receive an email confirmation from Stripe when the cancellation is confirmed. You can also see the status in your settings.
