How to upgrade to a paid plan
Step 1: Choose your subscription level
Go to the pricing page to see all available plans and prices. Our subscriptions are based on two factors:

Step 2: Choose billing period
You can pay monthly or yearly. With yearly billing, you get 2 months free (pay for 10 months, get 12).

Pay per month. No commitments, cancel anytime.
Yearly

Step 3: Choose payment method and complete
When you click "Choose plan", you'll go to our secure payment solution via Stripe. Here you can pay with:
- Credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- SEPA payment (for EU customers)
- Klarna (for Swedish customers)
Step 4: Add company details (optional)
If you want the invoice in your company name, you can add:
- Company name
- Organization number
- Address
- VAT number (for EU businesses outside Sweden)

After upgrading
You get immediate access
As soon as the payment is approved, your subscription is activated and you immediately have access to all features in your chosen plan.
Invoice via email
You automatically receive an invoice via email for each payment. The invoice includes:
- docs.trialToPaid.afterUpgrade.invoice.items.company
- Your company details (if provided)
- Specification of the service
- Amount including VAT
- PDF format for easy accounting

Automatic renewal
Your subscription renews automatically every month/year. You don't need to do anything, and your statistics continue to be collected without interruption.

Frequently asked questions
What happens if I don't upgrade after the trial?
Your data is saved for an additional 30 days after the trial ends. During this time, you have limited access to statistics but can upgrade at any time to get full access again. After a total of 60 days (30 trial + 30 grace), your data is deleted if you haven't upgraded.
Can I change plans after upgrading?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time in settings. Learn more about how to change plans.
Can I change payment method later?
Yes, go to Settings → Manage subscription to update your payment method, address, or other billing information.
Am I charged automatically after the trial?
No! We never require a payment card during the trial, so we can't charge you automatically. You must actively choose to upgrade to a paid plan when you're ready.
Do you have agreements for agencies or larger businesses?
